WARRANTY
3D Photonics stands behind its commitment to customers and offers the best warranty in the industry.
All 3D Photonics lasers and amplifiers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period: the typical warranty for standard fiber lasers is valid for a full 2 years after shipment. Some non-standard lasers and accessories may have different warranty conditions. 3D Photonics also offers extended warranty options. Please contact your sales representative for details.
3D Photonics obligation is limited to repairing or replacing equipment that proves to be defective during the warranty period at no charge. Our warranties do not cover damages resulting from unauthorized installations, repairs, or adjustments not specifically authorized by a certified 3D Photonics employee.
